001:  First meal of 2011: Local, organic, free range fried egg on toasted local peasant bread, with the most amazing garlic sun dried tomato paste

002: Late night snack: Fried egg, sprinkled with fresh cracker black pepper, garlic tuscan sea salt, toasted peasant bread, and organic lettuce with Vegenaise

003: The Queen's Favorite Olive Oil: Imported cold pressed, organic EVOO (both the container and the olive oil were a gift from myself to my fiance)

004: Vegan blackout chocolate with raspberry filling cupcake with ganache frosting

005: Organic green stir fry with tofu, spinach, peas, broccoli, onion, garlic, nutritional yeast, and Braggs amino acids

006: The perfect afternoon snack: fresh bread, local goat cheese, apple,  cucumber, and tomato

007: Steamy Matzah balls, ready to be put in the vegetable broth

008:  The most amazing homemade lentil soup.  Made with slow cooked lentils, coconut milk, sauteed onion, garlic, cherry tomatoes, curry powder, cayenne pepper, sea salt, and black pepper.  Blended with the new hand blender, which I am in love with
