090: The sky is white today. Things are still. There is a 90% chance of snow for this evening. The forecast is predicting 8-10 inches. However the last time they predicted this, a few weeks ago, we got a mere inch. So.. what will it be: The April 2011 blizzard or...is spring here to stay? It sure does look like it's going to snow. And it's chilly! Only 40 degrees.
